Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging & Protection
All graded sports cards are:
• Individually inspected before shipment
• Securely packaged in protective materials
• Shipped with tracking
• Insured for transit protection
We take care to ensure your slab arrives in the same condition as listed.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order value and destination.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or external circumstances are outside of our control.
For select higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required for added protection.
Risk of Loss
Responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier and tracking confirms dispatch.
If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with the insurance process.
Incorrect Addresses
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
